OFFICE HOURS
Our Office Hours are 9 am to 5 pm – Monday to Friday
Use option key 4 to connect to the Polaris POS Support Team.
If on Automated Service, leave a concise message as follows:


1. Your Name
2. Name of Site
3. Telephone Number
4. Nature of Problem


OUT OF OFFICE HOURS
On Automated Service, key 1 then key 9 and leave details as 1 – 4 above
We shall endeavour to call back within 20 minutes


HARDWARE FAULTS COVERED BY ON SITE SERVICE CONTRACT
The On-Site Hardware Service Contract provides a 7-day on-site service for the repair of faulty EPOS equipment covered by the agreement. The service cover available is:


9 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Sunday (Excluding Bank Holidays & Christmas Day)
Should you encounter a hardware fault then call our telephone support number where our support staff will attempt to resolve the problem and ensure you have an EPOS selling service. If we are unable to resolve the problem then we will log a call with our partner Vista who will make arrangements with you to rectify the problem on-site.


Faulty equipment will be repaired on-site and where a repair is not possible a replacement unit will be provided.
Equipment determined as external damage will be deemed as a chargeable repair and will be the subject of payment of the then applicable charges.
